Using the Handball Spezial as the base for the upper, the size? exclusive is formed from a smooth black and red leather. Seeing as the palette is inspired by Birmingham’s Black Sabbath, the black and red colourway may take its inspired from the band’s Paranoid album cover which debuted in 1970.
Similar to the first 2010 iteration, the city’s name is written parallel to the set of 3-Stripes in a tasteful gold foil lettering. Although it would have been more obvious to opt for another purple-edition, taking cues from the band’s Master Of Reality album cover, we would be surprised if there aren’t any purple accents tucked inside on the sockliner. While little information exists around the release, you can rest assured that this fourth iteration from the city series will be top priority for any and all adi collectors out there.
